• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Rear wheel bearings

I have noticed a few comments from people on replacing wheel bearings when putting on new rear tires - is this an issue I should be looking out for? Reason I ask is that the drive belt does not always stay at the same place on the rear pully no matter how well I adjust it and different tension doesnt effect it - wanders 3-5 mm when I stop to check at different times - could that be wheel bearings or swingarm bearings going bad?

this is exactly what mine did when my bearing blew, the top fell out when I took the seal out.
When you put your bike up on a jack and run it in first you will hear the bearings clunk and that means your main bearing in the sprocket is shot.

If you do it yourself you will have to heat the whole sprocket up and push the race out, if the bearings themselves fall out you will have to them in and with th center and flip the sprocket over keeping the bearings in so you can use it to push the race out.

3-5mm is more than normal. They will all wonder a bit but that's a little much. Could be a bearing but you should be hearing and feeling it if it's that bad.
