• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Rear Top Cargo Shelf

Hi Pam. So, how do you like the new bags? I assume they have arrived by now. I wish I had seen this thread a few days ago. I'm packing for SpyderQuest and these would have been great. I like organization. For now, I have stuff sacks that will work. I'm thinking about ordering these bags when I get back, if I have any money left. :roflblack:

I ordered some inexpensive soft bags. They are ok, but I'm not crazy about them. They collapse into a lump when they are empty because they have nothing to keep them straight.

One More Option

The wife and I just did our first multi day trip on the Spyder (many previous on 2 wheels). I had several loose things that went in the trunk and give her most of the frunk (other than some tool kit and compressor items in the bottom). She comes out with one of those $1 flexible, reusable grocery bags with handles. She put all of her stuff in the bag and it slid right down inside the Frunk. During the trip, she pulled out the one bag and everything came with it. I pulled out handfuls of stuff and had to make two trips to the room and back to get everything. Once we got home, I asked for my own grocery bag. That will be my new luggage. Super simple. Super cheap.

Keep it simple

From the sounds of it, the reusable grocery bags sound like the best (and most affordable at $1 each) option. I'll just stick with what I already have. Thanks for the advice.
