• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

rear shock

I have had a few passengers complain of a less than comfortable ride in the back seat. Do I need to something with the rear shock or is that just the way it is.

Need more to go on..!!

checked your profile but no mention of your roadster. The RS/GS/RSS have an adjustable shock by truning the spring tensioning ring. The RT's have air adjusted shocks some with a onboard compressor some with a shrader valve. Which ever you can try other settings. Otherwise for a small fortune you can go to the aftermarket shocks... Your manual will show you how...

Check to make sure it is working. With bike running push the switch to see if it moves up or down.mine did not work the other day but I moved the switch up and down many times and it started to work again.

If the bike is handling fine with just you on it and riding rough with a passenger, there is a good chance that your shock is set too soft. My question is, Have you adjusted the spring that coils over the shock? According to the manual the spring should be somewhere between the 5th and 7th stiffest settings when carrying a passenger. Depending on the combined weight of passengers and gear.

Just sayin'............
