• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Rear Brake SQL

When stopping while riding wife Spyder rear brake sounds like a 18 wheeler. Dealer is clueless about this. Anyone find organtic pads yet for the rear brakes ?

Brp says to use crc brake kleen. I did this and the squeal quit for awhile but then returned, so I did it again today and then applied crc disc brake quiet (the one in the spray can not the liquid bottle) and that seems to have fixed the problem. I will post a new thread if the squeaks return. Good luck, Beerman

I assume you had to remove the caliper or was this an external cleaner?

No need to remove anything. Just spray the pads best you can and the rotors with the crc brakekleen, let dry, spray rotors with crc disc brake quite, go for a ride and apply the brakes about 10 times so the brake quiet can fill in any grooves in the parts. So far the squeak has not come back. Be sure to be generous with the cleaning part. Good luck! Beerman (Bought product at Napa Auto)
