Rear brake light (how to make it flash)?

Anyone know where to purchase a brake light for the rear brake which will flash when you brake to get drivers attention that they need to stop?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

rear brake lights

I installed a wig wag module from back off sold by Signal Dynamics $47 the best safety mod I have done , it will flash one side then the other side of my RTS rear lights , if they do not see me stopping its because they are texting with the dam cell phone.:clap:
