Have you decided on the time for the ride on Friday? Also, since I'll be coming up from Latham on Friday, where will you be meeting to begin the ride?

I know you mentioned to come up on Friday; but, after my appt. we will be stopping at the mineral baths in Saratoga Springs to relax.

The ride will be friday afternoon at the end of the poker run, which ends at the top of White Face. We have a ride that will take us the back way into Saranac Lake, but since we don,t know where diner is yet, we don't know how it will work out. Stay Tuned, Ron

Wyliec, there are alot of unknowns about Friday. We have tried for some time to get any kind of details about what the heck is going on Friday and all replies from the unorganizers have been very vague and at times they seem avasive.

Where and when is breakfest- unknown
When is the Whiteface ride- unknown
Where are the poker run stops- unknown
When is the poker run - unknown
Where and when is Dinner Friday night - unknown


It's pretty hard to plan a ride when we have no clue what going on and it is very upsetting because alot of people expressed intrest when the idea was mentioned. I have thrown in the towel and I'm not bothering to ask them for more info and more because it justs makes my blood pressure spike.

Although Rnet is holding out hope for more info, I'm not holding my breath because the last communication with them they stated we will find out when we get there with the info in the welcome packet. :banghead: It's tough to plan and let everyone know about the ride in less than one day, but we will do our best to get the word out if it's possible. :thumbup:

Randy I'm looking to go to tail of o pub at around 1 PM and hang for a while. Perhaps we can put it together there. We will try to get to the campgrounds by 11:30, set up and go. This is also a good time to scout the route.

You have another ferry option now that was not open during Americade and I will get back to you with the route. Also Adrien would know the vermont side better than I. I know Randy will also be there on tues. Maybe he would like to go.

Have to agree that the sharing of the planning hasn't been all that good, actually nil...:banghead::banghead: But the ride from Whiteface to LP via Saranac Lake will take about an hour or so and will be very enjoyable:thumbup:.
