• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. RAM Mount Self Leveling Cup Holder Aluminum Utility Strap ATV UTV Mount for the RT

I have been searching for a Ram Mount that would fit on the handlebar of my RT so I could temporarily attach a cup holder or a cradle for my hand held cb. As you know, the shape and diameter of the RT handlebars doesn't lend itself readily to clamp on devices.

Yesterday afternoon I ordered the "RAM Mount Self Leveling Cup Holder Aluminum Utility Strap ATV UTV Mount" from GPS City (www.gpscity.com in the U.S. or www.gpscity.ca in Canada). The package arrived just before noon today and I mounted the unit to my handlebar near the left switch module.

Following is a picture of the clamp mounted to the handlebar; a list of the components purchased; and finally a picture of a self leveling cup holder mounted to the clamp base on the handlebar. A 10 minute install.

Great mount.

That is a great mount I have been looking at the same one. Question. Will it fit over the fatter part of the handle bar?

The clamp mount that I purchased can be strapped to a bar that has a diameter between 1.57'' (40mm) and 3.15'' (80mm).

ISCI Ram Mount

Have you seen this RAM mount from ISCI, pretty sure you can mount on either right or left side of handlebars.

Scroll down and look at the "RT Accessary Mount Kit".

I missed this when I browsed over it. The above mount is only for the right hand side. ISCI uses a HD reservoir and hand grip for their hand brake kit. It has a hole for the Ram mount to mount on. The clutch has no such place on it, unless you just drilled through it - don't think I'd want to do that. I have a round Ram adapter on the clutch top - it has 4 screw holes that line up perfectly. If someone bothers to look and remark that the Ram holder is rounded and sticks over the rectangular top in a couple places, I just smile and say "yea, it does." It holds my Garmin perfectly, of course - :yes:or a cup holder or anything else with a ram ball screwed or welded to it.

Believe it or not I ordered Ram mount with suction base. Placed it on leftside of rt. Suction hlds very well to panel, I did put a laniard on it just in case. Took test ride, suction cup holds well, just have to get it on flat part of panel.
