Rally front shock adjustment

Anyone know if you should have the wheels off the ground to adjust the front shocks on the Ryker rally? I remember seeing a YouTube video on it but now I can’t find it. Also, is there a good jack point to get both wheels in the air?

You do not need to elevate the front tires to adjust the front shocks but you will need to elevate the rear tire to adjust the rear shock. Spanner tools are not of much use on the real shock due to the clearance issues.

900 ACE, not Rally, but FWIW I've been able to adjust my rear shock without lifting the bike. Yes, its a little tight, but no issues.. Reached in from the swingarm side.

So I ended up lifting the front tires in the air and once the weight of the bike was off of the shocks I was able to adjust by hand.
