• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have a 2012 RT. The instrumental cluster has a large speedo and RPM gauge. How can I set the cluster from digital speedo to permanent radio mode? The manuel is useless in this matter.

It will display the radio station information; but it won't make it the largest chunk of info in front of you...
There's probably a regualation somewhere that sets the format of what you see... :gaah:

radio

Thanks. The radio is a smart radio, where it receives song title and artist. I can get the speed from the analog speedometer. O well no big deal

If you just want to see what is playing on the radio (or connected IPod, for example), all you need to do is tap the mode button while riding. This will briefly display the song title (and if you have an IPod connected ... the artist as well). To prevent distraction, learn to find the mode button without taking your eyes off the road (similar to finding the turn signals) ... a brief glance at the radio shouldn't be too bad (but, for myself, I rarely do this while riding ... unless I KNOW there is nothing / nobody around).

Ryde safe .... Ann

 I forgot about that little feature :opps:...
(Two weeks of not riding, and my brain is already softer than an overripe melon...)
