• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Radio reception degraded when brake applied

Seems like a power drain that when I apply the brake, the FM reception on my '14 RT-S SE6 turns to c**p. Sounds like it does when you pass under powerlines or an underpass in your car. Happens on all stations. This seems to possibly related to the crystal dynamics HM brake bar I installed. Doesn't seem likely that LEDs would draw that much power but I'm puzzled.

It’s not a power drain it’s rf(radio frequency) interference generated by the module.
I’m not familiar with it but I bet your wiring or the module is located next to the antenna

It is routed on the same side as the antenna but that's the route the instructions had. I'll try moving it and see. There's not module per se; just plugs into the right tail light wiring harness.

Radio reception..!!

interference would be the problem. I'm sure if you disconnect radio will be fine but the thing is to have both. Extending the connection, to another location may help or some kind of filter. Might also as the light supplier about it..:dontknow:
