• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have been reading the forum for several years and have recently purchased my first Spyder. I have been searching the forum for info on wiring the fuze box. Can you use plug in fuse taps to hookup the switched power to the fuze box or is there a better way. Second question, I am going to install the Scorpio SR-i900 alarm. Will the RS adapter kit work on the RT. I don't see one for the RT.

The FZ-1 Fuse Box although a little expensive is by far the best and easiest option when looking at an adding a fuse box. Of course my opinion only.

Scorpio provides universal wire taps, that worked fine when I did my installation, just make sure you pinch them good. It is a bit expensive, but it is a great alarm. And you are protecting something that is worth it!!:thumbup: A shop manual also helps for the wiring specs. Oh by the way :welcome:

Shop manual is due Monday. Alarm is due Tuesday. I have the fuze box and I'm trying to figure out where to tap for the switched power. I was hoping to use the "add a fuse" tap in the main fuse box. I am waiting for the alarm to come in before I start removing panels.
