There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Question on cruise control install

Hey everyone

Looks like I get to leave on an unexpected trip this week and would like to install my cruise control. I have a base F3 and have the cruise control unit already here. Just wondering where I start removing plastic to connect the new handlebar mount? The wires are pretty long. Just trying to figure out how far I have to get into it and if I want to do it before the trip. Any info is greatly appreciated.

You need to remove the right side plastic - pretty simple. You also need to remove the gauge & top plastic - not to difficult. The directions to remove all the parts are actually in your owners manual.
I found the most difficult or maybe time consuming thing was routing the new wire back into the loom.
Take your time and you'll get it.
