• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

just out right cheap quality build of the machine how ever mostly the plastic cheap way the body panels are connected is a prime example plastic push pins on a $25k bike why not at least plastic heavy duty screws its a company that only cares about the sale and not the service for the owners

Did you do ANY research before purchase or did you buy on impulse?

This is for you Bob

never mind all of this right now...
WHEN is your test ride scheduled for??

I had a great time! I got to test ride a black currant ST-Limited. I was nervous as could be. The cone ride and orientation went smoothly. The ride leader had a French accent.

I really enjoyed the road ride. I was admittedly sloppy but I kept it between the lines and did not cross the yellow line. I felt the ST was loosy goosy but I have nothing to base that on. It had plenty of power for me.
I came home with a smile on my face. Now to convince the wife. :banghead::banghead::banghead: Image05252013103134.jpgImage05252013102922.jpgImage05252013105140.jpg

Noob to Spyder

I was A new and used car salesman in a prior life. The #1 thing I learned, especially new, was taking the time to go over the vehicle with customer was instrumental to having a happy customer. One, you are able to find items that prep missed somehow. This didn't happen often. Two, it gave the customers an opportunity to ask questions. It is not good just to send the customer back to service and have them 1/2 ass go over things which is what happened to me. I really appreciated Spyderlovers for their help and info!
