• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Wife is looking at a 2014 Rt Limited with 4650 miles. From a dealer of used bikes. $18,000.00 price what do you think?

Not bad.. for a LTD with all the bells and whistles

It would be good to know the service history, and have the BUDS system lookover of any codes in memory, but may not be available at a non-BRP seller of bikes. Use your best negotiating skills and see it there is any warranty left/ look it over for any obivious signs of damage and Good Luck on your prospective purchase! And you get the 1330 triple engine and SE6 tranny:yes:

Make sure the Garmin is with it. It should be the Garmin 660 for the '14. If it's not, it's going to cost $500.00 + to replace it.

Also, get the VIN and contact BRP to see if there's any warranty left.

18k is a little steep. I'd work them a little harder.

$18K for a 2014 RTL (only 4600 miles) sounds like a really good deal to me. Like others have said, check the VIN for history.

Wow...!!

sounds like a great deal...as mentioned check it out with a dealer even if only with the vin# and test ryde it....

There may also have been hard luggage bags that fit the frunk and maybe side pods that should come with it also.

Are there more mods done or is it stock.

Yes, you should pull a dealer service history, and if it does not have an existing warranty already, or is not under a purchased extended warranty, or if no warranty can be purchased, I would pass on it.

Known 2014 concerns. Faulty key switches on some early units, common reports of DESS failures, soft rear tires that wear quickly, many vibration, balance and not round front tires.

Certainly take a test ride and do quality homework along with a good inspection.

That's a good price, for a GREAT bike!
Make sure that you get the Garmin 660, and the semi-hard luggage for the front storage compartment.
