• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well, on Saturday I participated in a Spyder Ryder of America ryde with a visit to ISCI over in Alabama. After the tour of the facilities, the owner's took a slew of us for a ride around the country side. We ate lunch in a nice drug store.
The group sort of split up after lunch and the SRoA group went on to Courtyard 25 for dinner. What a neat place that was! I'll be going back.

Well, on my ride over from the Atlanta, GA area, the SRoA Ryde and the trip home, I was trying out and evaluating a pair of those LD Comfort Riding Shorts. All I can say is WOW! These shorts are fantastic!:yes::thumbup:
NO burning butt, no feeling like I have a crease running across that I can't get rid of? You guys and gals at L D Comfort are providing a great product.
I had added one of those beaded seat things a month or so ago and it helped out a lot. I would still get some discomfort after riding for several hours.

So, for long trips on the Spyder, I'll be wearing the LD Comfort Shorts from now on!

Sounds similar to Under Armor.. which I've now been wearing for a few years. Originally for riding.. but I like their stuff so much I wear it all the time.

I agree on the LD. Just started wearing the shorts, shirt and head thingy.....no sweat.....although they don't recommend wearing mesh with it, I don't wet it (yet) and its real comfy for sitting.

I've worn Under Armor, they're good, but for my money, try the Ex Officio underwear, can order off of Amazon. Very comfy, and AWESOME in the heat.

I road coast to coast last year. I used regular underwear on my way to PA. At the BMWOA rally, I bought LD and what a difference on the way home.

I rock Under armour ALL year long . Everyone who knows me probably thinks I need to go to a support group for it ( Yes I have that much like 10 hoodies, 5 jackets,a pair of the base layerthermals, a few pairs of shorts , 10 pairs of under-roos, like 20 pair of socks , like 13 hats, 2 pairs of gloves, 2 "gym style bags" ,2 pair of swim trunks, and probably like 50 shirts and 3 pair of gym shoes Everything UA sells typically I evenutally get . so yes Im a junkie but I reccommend UA for warmer and cooler weather why because that stuff works and is comfy . :bdh:at least when I go to the UA store its beating a dead horse since I have sooo much !
