• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Problems with Sen 10S & SM10 dongle

The problem with VOX is that with a 1/2 or 3/4 helmet, the wind noice turns it on.

I don't think it's called Audio Multitasking, I have the SH10 and I had Mulit something and it works so that both of us can listen to the same music. I need to check out the app.

For what he wants to do and that is:

Have a talk session with his wife OPEN and he wants to hear the music from the SM10 media streaming device at the same time.
The 20S does this and I do that with my wife.

The SM10 (or known here as the Bluetooth dongle) pairs to 2 helmets. So media sharing is not used.
Media sharing is to allow helmet 1 to SHARE music being streamed to it with helmet 2. I have never used this so I do not know if you can also have a comms session open AND hear the streaming music but I doubt it (unless it is the 20S).

Steve if you want to see if that works here is what you do.
Factory reset the SM10 dongle.
Pair the SM10 Bluetooth dongle with YOUR helmet only. Do not pair it with your wifes.
Turn on media sharing ONLY for your helmet. Do not turn it on for your wifes.
Now make sure you can hear music from the SM10. Your wife should too.
Now tap the dial and open a talk session. If music keeps playing then you have what you want.

Question on Sena 20s - Mono

I am deaf on my right side. I love music. There is my problem. Does anybody know if there is a way to make my Sena 20s work in mono only? I loose music and sound content. Old stereo music is the worse.
I use bluetooth and my phone for music and GPA and intercom with my wife on the back.

ANy software fix or hard wire jump in the headset itself. I do not want to splice the wires together.

The only way that I see is to move the right speaker somewhere on the left side of the helmet. IMO better than suffering with the way it is now. Maybe putting a strip of tinfoil around where the speakers are might help:joke:

This can actually be done but you would have to cut into the wires for the helmet speakers.
OR
Plug in a set of modified earbuds into the audio jack on the back of the 20S.
