:clap:Finally I have my bike back, it was a bleed valve that purged..part# 709000443 and they replaced crimp clamp,part # 293650047. This part malfunctioned, so I now will always stand to the side of my bike when opening gas cap! And lesson learned always take pictures of damages at the time of event for documentation.This event had nothing to do with the gas cap,I had a new cap on because they recalled it back in 2012.I did not pay for replacement of bleed valve BRP took care of it because it was a defective part. Be careful riders hope this doesn't happen to anyone else..:spyder2::gaah:

fuel tank issues

I had several of the same problems; hot fuel, difficulty refilling tank because of pressure, etc. I contacted BRP and they covered the cost of the air scoops, removing in insulating baffles and installing the new braces as a no charge accommodation for me even though I was not the original buyer, my Spyder is a 2012, and had no warranty.
Needless to say, I was VERY IMPRESSED.
