• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Present from BRP

Carl,
I registered my bike also; do you want an extra fob for your Wife's bike?

Thanks buddy, but not needed Bob, I just finished with her registration as well. (I do need some help with her spyder photo, can't seem to get two images up on the signature, will call you to discuss. )

Nice

;) I've got a drill...
attachment.php

But that does look really nice!! :congrats: :2thumbs:
I've thought about that but was afraid of drilling into electronics.

It's actually a pretty safe thing to do...

...But I thought about it for a couple of years, before I took a shot at it! nojoke
If you took a pin, and probed the area where the hole gets cut; you'll see that it's already there. The plastic sheathing just covers it up...

I'm a sucker

This is the site :

I live in Germany. I don't know if it's just a European thing? But maybe worth a try...

Gave them mucho personal information for a relative pittance, but I was always attracted to those free gifts we got in the Cracker Jack boxes in the forties.

Fantastic response to the BRP key fobs.:yes::yes:

FYI: For anyone who purchases my used 2011 RT, I will throw in not one, but TWO--that's TWO free key fobs--one for each key. No extra shipping and handling. :roflblack::roflblack:

just did the registration, can hardly wait for my keychain .
i can now be part of an exclusive club & snub h/d riders.:ohyea:

The marketing Guru's at BRP are a clever bunch. I had to agree to receive marketing and promo information on Spyder products as well as all other BRP products (two separate choices) before I could continue with the registration.

I did not agree and was able to finish and got my " gift is on the way" message at the end

My dentist x-rayed my 2009 key for me, all it took was to show him the bike after my appointment. After that I knew right where the chip was. Mine was at a pretty good angle, I ended up drilling it a tad off center to be safe.

Registered

Due to having my VIN number from dealer, I was able to register my VIN on Can Am BRP UK website.
Like others I now await my gift ;)

Just registered my 2012 RT-S SE5 and got this response.

It's been 10+ minutes and no e-mail! Must be a slow week-end! No matter,so long as they deliver the key fob!
