The lunch was well represented by at least a dozen spyders. I hope everyone made it home safely and without getting wet. It was nice to see everyone once again, and it was nice to meet Scooter and his RIO.
Mary and I are excited to see you all again in Cuba.

Had a good time, Doc said there was 14 :spyder2: showed up. The weather could of been alot better on the way home. Rain Rain Rain on the way back home.:yikes: Met a few new :spyder: riders that we hadn't met before and got to see a few we hadn't seen for awhile. All an all had a good time. We were glad to have scooter and Deb join us on there first big ride down to Bradenton FL from Wildwood FL. This was their second big encounter with other spyder riders:2thumbs:. Thanks for the pics guys; you really know how to make me feel worse than I already was. It's now been 5 weeks that I haven't seen my Spyder. BRP was suppose to ship ECM on the 28th, but now Ben tells me it won't ship until the 15th. ( I may make Cuba if we get lucky!!) I'm getting a little disgusted with BRP and their parts situation, waited 2 weeks for a brake cable and now this. Kinda like a restaurant that cooks your food after you order; It seems like they don't even stock common parts, they just wait until someone needs something and then they order it from a supplier. Not a very good way to build brand loyalty. I feel as though I have represented them well as a customer and have sold them 3 bykes since I bought ours, but I hate to think how they would treat a bad consumer. I never had to wait on parts with Honda,H-D, or even Triumph and BSA in the old days. As a matter of fact I don't even recall having to wait on Indian parts (now i'm showing my age!) and they were a small company compared to BRP.
Sorry for the rant, but I needed to vent something....still love my Spyder, but the joy is beginning to wear a little thin. :dontknow: :helpsmilie: :gaah:

:agree: :agree: :agree: :agree: I really think it is BS. Stop and think, have they all gone on holiday, laid off, or just don't give a hoot... 1 week wait for parts is TOOOOO LONG.
