Dispute The Charge - DO IT NOW!!!
Too many people want to be "in" business, yet they know nothing on how to run a business. This is a pet peeve of mine. :banghead:
I think I would have to "dispute" the credit card to help get someone on point. :thumbup: (and, it will definitely get their attention)I just today received my order from them that I placed 2 weeks ago for the Air Scoop kit. I even paid an extra $27 for next day delivery! There's nothing on their website to warn you the thing is not in stock and has to be ordered from BRP. Same thing - phone calls, emails, website contact form - never heard anything back from them. Never again will I order from them because their customer service is nonexistent.
