Dispute The Charge - DO IT NOW!!!

I just today received my order from them that I placed 2 weeks ago for the Air Scoop kit. I even paid an extra $27 for next day delivery! There's nothing on their website to warn you the thing is not in stock and has to be ordered from BRP. Same thing - phone calls, emails, website contact form - never heard anything back from them. Never again will I order from them because their customer service is nonexistent.

I think I would have to "dispute" the credit card to help get someone on point. :thumbup: (and, it will definitely get their attention)

Too many people want to be "in" business, yet they know nothing on how to run a business. This is a pet peeve of mine. :banghead:

I was a business consultant for over 20 years, so can't agree more with the comment above. As for the PSW credit charge though - they didn't charge me until they shipped so there was nothing to dispute really.

Ordered the 2 up shock on the 5th- Still NO Progress toward shipping and the PalPay was charged the First Day thru PayPal Express they use? 2 Phone calls and No Live Person available and No Return Call YET.

Paypal has a dispute process ..... if you don't want to wait any longer and can get the item faster from the local dealer. I think it is through feedback, contact vendor, or dispute / complaint (been a while) -- we have had good luck getting refunds for items never delivered or refunds that should have been processed instantly but took weeks (and a complaint) to get done.

PayPal's dispute process is simple and effective. It works and they don't play games. If it were me, I'd already be moving in that direction. Just my 2 cents. :sour:

There is not really a difference in the processing of PayPal standard vs. PayPay Express. Both will take your money immediately. That is how PayPal works. The only big difference is that Express allows a person to pay without having a PP account.

Any time you pay using PayPal your money is taken right away, perhaps well before your item will ship.

Agree that buying local is a good thing..... but we all buy online from time to time.

My dealer gives me a 10 or 15% discount on anything I buy since I bought my Spyder from them, so I use them often.

I have used PSW a few times... never a problem, you just have to plan on a week or so for delivery... it's how they work.

Yes they are slow to deliver. Took about two weeks to get my order of the air intake kit. I assume they are a small biz with growing pains, not enough bodies yet!

Regardless of size or age of business, they won't make it if they don't get their "communication" element on track sooner than later.

You really can't trust BBB ratings like you used to. They've become a mafia-like organization, trying to pressure companies into paying to join in order to 'fix' a bad rating.

Fact of the matter is more people complain online than praise companies. Most only post when there is a problem, not when things went great.

PSW has been around awhile and sells based on low price. Many are into that hence why they're still in business. I tried them for a few items during the winter when there was no hurry. The only expensive part I bought was a rear fender for my F3, which they were $100 cheaper than other places. That's a pretty big discount.

I would say they should remove their tagline that states 'fast shipping' because that is false.

However, their prices lately on some of the stuff I order from them have risen significantly. An example of this would be the 1330/SE6 oil change kit that I paid $57 (2 for $114 w/free shipping) a couple of months ago is now $71 (2 for $142 w/free shipping).

Right- I'm paying $174 for the 2 up with Free shipping and about a Month or so ago it was about $164 which included shipping at the time So they are Raising prices. From the replies here I figure I will probably get it by the 17-18 like the E-Mail Said But I think people are Now aware of the time frame and communication Gap when ordering!

Yesterday I ordered brake pads and rotors from BaJaron.Ron sent me an invoice,I paid with pay pal.in less than an hour he sent me a notice that they were shipped and I would receive them in two days.It took less than two hours and all done with e-mails.It doesn't get any better than that.Ron is a good guy to deal with.I bought a product from Lamonster garage and received it in two days.well pleased with both co.Now if I can find some body here in Ohio that will do the laser alienment with out waiting two week I would be a happy camper.New tires,will have new brakes and oil changed ready for our two week trip to colorado next week.

I called them today ( Late Afternoon) AND my 2 up shock is Shipping and will be here by the 18th- Which is WHEN they expected it to arrive when I ordered it on the 5th of July (Busy Time of Year)!
I really owe them an apology for expecting Two day service from a warehouse that has to have BRP ship them the product BEFORE they pass it on at a Very Low price? I was wrong for complaining before I let them meet the Date they stated on the initial order and I Apologize!

Now I have a Dilema??
If I order the 8 Circuit Yellow Panels for my Black 2015F3 from BRP it will be $1,625 (Free delivery to dealer) BUT $100 Tax for a total of $1,725?
If I order from them (Ran the #s) it would be $1,284 Free Delivery and NO Tax! Is My dealer going to give me $440 off ????:dontknow:

Just goes to show the Large Profit BRP Makes on Parts and Frackles?nojoke
