I just did mine. The other side will be for fog lights when I get them.

So Stiff, as I read it they are essentially two more customer power ports that come on with ignition? Then fit a USB like you have done for phone and maybe the usual cigarette lighter plug in the other for GPS?

The one on the right has wiring for the US fog lights connected to the blank already in place, Streetbob. We in Aus have our low beams where the US fog lights go, so the wiring from the blank goes somewhere obscure on our F3s. (If that makes sense)

There is customer accessory plug under there. You have to add connectors on the wires tho. It's not like under the rear seat.
