• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Potential training class in Georgia

I had the pleasure of speaking today with Ray Earls, a long-time instructor with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation and the person in charge of three wheel training classes offered at Southern Devil HD in Cartersville, GA.

Ray is looking for at least one more student to allow a class to be taught this spring on the training range at that dealership. Newbie or experienced riders may both apply. He mentioned that, in addition to the knowledge and skills such a class offers, many insurance companies offer a discount to riders who have taken a safety/proficiency class. The class is two days in duration and costs $250.

Ray may be reached at Hellbender HD, 770-919-0000

This seems to be a trend. Seminole Power Sports in, Sanford, Florida, is starting to offer "riding/training classes in a view to pass the "motorcycle endorsement" required in the State of Flarda for motorcycles including spyders. I think this is great.
