• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Post here if you have over 5000 miles, not kilometers on your Spyder

5500 miles, somewhere on the cherohala parkway this past weekend.

I would send a pic to BRP, but their web site sucks. Never took my registration, no password, and their web design team never responds

Sept. 27[SUP]th[/SUP], 2008 * 2008 GS = 32,800 miles in 29 months.
May 17th, 2011 * Traded for 2011 RS-S = 22,400 miles as of today.
55,200 miles total since Sept. 27[SUP]th[/SUP], 2008

Can't remember exact mileage on the RS I sold in December, but believe it was over 15xxx miles. I have had the RT since January and already have 13,xxx on it. Love to ride. Did not buy it to sit in the garage:roflblack:

I broke 20k miles heading down to Carrollton, GA to see Sonja's daughter cheer for her college at homecoming, was a couple weeks back, Im 1 year in and rocking 21,000 miles. Life is good.

Turned 39,000 just the other day. Sent pictures and email way back when for 5000 mile pin and never received. Haven't bothered since.

:oldpost:

UPDATE-
I got a note from BRP that they did send my 25K pin out but for whatever reason I never got it, nor did Doc. They also said that they are sending these out every three months. So depending on when you applied for the pin you may get it in a couple of days or you may not see it for three months. That would explain why some have gotten theirs and some haven't.

This pin (if we do it) will be in addition to your BRP mileage pin. :doorag:

I'm going to ask Mark at CAT if he can make me up some SpyderLovers 5K pins. I have no idea on the cost of these and if we can do the 25K pins too but we can send you a 5K pin for every 5K you put on your Spyder. I may have to tie it into a t-shirt sale or something to where if you have over 5K you could request a pin. Maybe give your current mileage when you order from the store. :dontknow:

Anyway that's just a thought on how you can showoff your mileage and promote the club too. I'll let you know if this is a go or not after I talk to Mark. :doorag:

So if you have over 5K please post your mileage here so we can get a starting count production wise.

I now have over 10,000 miles on my 2011 RS-S SE5. Never heard anything from BRP.

Mike
