• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Post here if you have over 5000 miles, not kilometers on your Spyder

5k miles

i submitted mine a few months ago bike had 18k miles on it but it was 5k for me since i bought used now i have 10k under my back side just got my 5k pin 2 days ago they are running slow bike has 23k on it now:spyder2:

So depending on when you applied for the pin you may get it in a couple of days or you may not see it for three months. That would explain why some have gotten theirs and some haven't.

I'm going to ask Mark at CAT if he can make me up some SpyderLovers 5K pins. I have no idea on the cost of these and if we can do the 25K pins too but we can send you a 5K pin for every 5K you put on your Spyder. I may have to tie it into a t-shirt sale or something to where if you have over 5K you could request a pin. Maybe give your current mileage when you order from the store. :dontknow:

Anyway that's just a thought on how you can showoff your mileage and promote the club too. I'll let you know if this is a go or not after I talk to Mark. :doorag:

got 5k a couple of weeks ago and sent Can-Am pictures,wife got her pin about a month ago,can't wait to get my pin:yes:

6325 today... I tried to register at BRP to request the 5K pin but the site crashed every time I entered my VIN. I could find no webmaster link to fix it.
 
As of today 16,880. We bought our RTS #000069 on April 30, 2010. This mileage is mostly riding in Florida.:thumbup:
