• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

post a picture of your pets

Yep, he is a big boy & in real good shape at age 13. His playmate, Lucky - he only weighed 11 pounds at his peak - passed 2 years ago next month, and is buried in the meadow on our property that he loved to roam & hunt in. On many occasions, we have seen Moo lying in the grass right by Lucky's grave as if they were communing. He will lay there for an hour or so, and then vanish into the meadow. Here is Lucky sleeping under the christmas tree many years ago

This is Olivia. I never liked cats, and definitely did not want one in the house. 2 years ago, my wife asked about rescuing this one from the pound. It was in the foster care of one of her friends in dance class. I agreed to keep her for a little while. Now, I cannot see myself without her. She watches TV (nature channel) with me, and is the only one to take my side in most discussions that we have in our house. Now the wife is tired of her, but too late, I am hooked.

IMG_0085.jpgIMG_0352.jpg I know I'm a sucker for a cute face. Here are Copper and Poncho with Santa. Then Poncho and his little sister Nutmeg (my sister's dog) in their parade outfits. Won first place too!

Well, guess i'll add ours.

Christian.jpg kitties.jpg

On the left, Mr. Christian. He only weighs 18 lbs. I rescued him from two women. Long story.
On the right clockwise from top, Sassy, Cooper, and Ivan. Sassy and Cooper came from feral cat rescue two years apart. Cooper is 12, Sassy is 10. Ivan came from the local pound. He was on the short list. Couldn't stand to see him with the "not wanted" sign on the cage. He's the smallest and is our watch cat. Growls at sharp noises and thinks he's 500 lbs of ferociousness, picks on the other cats.

This is Harley, I named him that because he cost as much as a HARLEY :yikes:
