• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Does anybody know if a Can-Am Spyder Stock Seat 2013 RTS will
fit on a 2009 GS SE5?

I am looking for some seat upgrade options, and I saw a few on Ebay, but I am not sure if they will fit. I emailed the sellers, but I don't want to just take their word for it.

Also has anyone used a butt buffer cushion before? I found a site that sells them (
http://www.tristatebuttbuffer.com) and I was thinking of picking one up for my longer road trips.

YES>>> IT WILL NOT FIT

The seat from a Spyder RT will NOT fit on an RS or GS of any year the shape is all wrong
If you want to make your seat second to none for comfort, and do it yourself
go to my website and check out the photos section on how to install GEL into your seat.
you will save hundreds of dollars over buying a seat or a pad that sits on top and gets stolen
check it out

I tried a Butt Buffer on my RT. Neither I, nor my wife cared for it, so it got returned. I have been using beads and sheep skin for a while now, but still not really satisfied. I just purchased a Airhawk 2 through Amazon. I'll be trying it out on the next ride.
good luck with your search for comfort!

Lin, did you try the buttbuffer with the sheepskin or just the normal one? I am not big on the sheepskin look to be honest. I was looking at the AirHawk on Amazon myself, but I also saw the Rough Riders Touring Motorcycle Seat Cushion Pad 13inx20inx2in and was thinking about it as well.

Thanks for the info. Went to your site and didn't have any luck finding do it yourself instructions or prices. Can you steer me in the right direction please? Thanks.
