There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

:2thumbs::welcome: Good luck on your test ride and possible new purchase! I agree that once you ride it you will be hooked. Not only will you love riding your :spyder2: but you will find the Spyder community to be fantastic! Hope you find exactly what you are looking for!
All I can say is "WOW!!!!". I took the spyder for a test ride today, and I am hooked. The torque surprised me, even after reading all of these posts. The only problem is that the dealer did not have the one I want, and gave me a price $1000 higher than another dealer I have been talking to. The other dealer is going to hit the dealer network and try to find the one I want, and is going to give me a better price. Plus he is closer to home than where I did the test ride. I should know by Wednesday whether I am going to be an owner of a 2011 Spyder, or if I am gonna be one of the first to get the 2012 model. I don't think I can wait that long so I may have to be flexible on the color choice.
