• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

PORK RIBS - A DIFFERENT WAY TO COOK THEM

To much time

Quse pressure cooker put in with what ever suits your taste 20 min. Then on the BBQ for another 20 again with your favorite sauce alot less time melt in your mouth and has that bbq taste:bbq:UOTE=BLUEKNIGHT911;1277358]:bbq::bbq::bbq:....Yep I loooooooooooove BBQ , but to me it's tedious. Soooo I'm always looking for a way to get those ribs super tender the easiest way I can ...... I start with cheapo country style bone in lots of FAT pork ribs ... I lay a piece of aluminum foil ( sized for the amount of ribs used ) I put my HM Dry Rub on every rib individually .... then wrap them up tight ..... I have a large iron pot from my great grand mother ( not cast - but thick ) I put a small grate in to keep the package off the bottom ..... I have a low temp burner on my gas stove and I leave that on the low setting...... I cook them for about 2 hrs. ..... I have taken the temp while cooking and it stays at 200 +/- for the 2 hrs.... They come out - juicy and melt in your mouth TENDER ..... the dry rub gives good flavor, but you can add any type BBQ sauce if you like...... What's nice about this method is ... I've done this on a 90 degree day, but the very low heat doesn't heat up the house like having the oven on for two hrs..... At 6 o'clock I'm going to start eating them :yes::yes::yes::yes:....... Mike [/QUOTE]

I do mine pretty much the same way. Season, wrap tightly in foil, (keeps air out and juices in) and place in a disposable aluminum baking pan on the top shelf of the BBQ at lowest setting (about 225) for 2 hours. Take them out and slather with our favorite BBQ sauce and finish off naked on high temperature on the BBQ. Gives it a nice crispy BBQ outside with very tender, moist ribs. Fresh corn on the cob and it is yummy.

Smoked deviled eggs.
Boil and peel. Place in your grill, cardboard box, or whatever you've got to hold smoke. You do want holes in the top to vent the smoke tho.
Get a amazing tube smoker and use that Gizmo to produce a light smoke flavor. I usually go 30 to 45 min. Let eggs sit overnight in the fridge to mellow out, the make you deviled eggs the way you normally do. A pinch of BBQ rub on top is good to.
