Got a chance to add some toe in today. First was a little too much. But took it for a 160 mile ride. Seems to take off camber left turn better now.
Got home ans reset it to specs.b Figured out how to make certain it was aligned with the frame.
Took a square and held it against the rear portion of the frame. Then marked a piece of tape. Did this on both sides. Then checked the rear of the tire with the straight edge. Both sides. One was further out then the other so I tweeked the handle bars until both sides were equal.

Measure from this mark to the tape for the rear side of the tire. (Explained above.)
When tires are centered, mark where the straight edge hits the floor for the front of the tires with tape. Measure between front tape marks and rear tape marks. The difference is your toe in/out.
I spaced the front and rear marks six feet apart and went for about 4/10ths of an inch total toe in.
Bike probably needed less that 20 degrees of rotation on the adjuster. A little goes a LONG way.
