NASCAR, smashcar it's all the same. Danaca couldn't make it in open wheel and she will never make it in this worthless series. ooh but she's had x-number of top 10 finishes. This is from a series that won't do a true podium of the top 3 drivers from a race but go on about how many top 10 or top 15 places they have. A series where you can buy your way onto the grid with "owners points", whatever those are. All NASCAR does is use up valuable TV air time to go on and on and on with endless shows about the "race". Don't even get me started on Mr Bluejeans my daddy was a racer Jr.

It's all about marketing...which is acceptable in capitalistic markets. No harm, no foul.

OK...I usually don't join in these pointless discussions, but the whole "NASCAR: go fast, turn left" is completely boring to me and I don't get it. OK...I know someone is going to chime in with "they don't ALWAYS run left ovals"...but twice a year is pretty lame. I think Danica is a commodity and she assists in her exploitation...(who wouldn't for all that money!), but, she more intelligent than most NASCAR drivers! She actually knows how to make right turns!!!

Bring it on NASCAR lovers!!! I have thick skin...and will attribute your negative comments to your ignor...nevermind....

Thank you for pointing out where I went astray... You are completely correct! :bowdown:

Driving for hours on end while driving in a left hand circle (OK...oval) is mindless to me.

Driving extremely fast in a straight line, shifting constantly in a few brief seconds and then managing to stop before launching into the beyond...that requires immense talent. nojoke That's a pure rush!

I know I still offended people, but I hope I have offended fewer.
