Poll--Did you order a Silver or Yellow Spyder?

After looking at the map thar BRP sent out I'm wondering what colors were ordered from the dealers. Looks like they have shipped more yellows than silver. :dontknow:

Ordered Silver in beginning of October, I heard last week that my dealer was working on #5 (either color) and I am #6. They say it will be 1st quarter of 2008 but I'm hoping they just say that to keep me from bugging them.

We got yellow for the visibility factor. Our Goldwing trike is titanium (same color as asphalt) worries me a bit sometimes.

That's because those poor folks couldn't afford the extra $300 for screamin yellow.

In April I ordered a silver (what do they call it? Moon shadow or somesuch?) because of the lack of visibility--I'm afraid I can already picture myself driving along accompanied by the Brad Paisley tune "Hey, Hey, Mr. Policeman, bet I can drive faster'n you can..."

yellow for me. You guys sure help a lot with the chatter. Enjoying all the reports! I'm still in the waiting phase. I've found in life that this stage is just the first phase of ownership. It has the most charm and anticipation. Don't get me wrong, I would pick mine up today if they called. My dealership said they're expecting 10 more before the end of the year. Hope one is mine!! I had orginally ordered silver as all the info from showed a sliver one and it looked like that was going to be the flagship color? I only saw silver ones at the test rides here and the color seemed flat to me? I finally saw a Yellow one in Lake George inb June at the Americade rally and talked to the Factory rep. I was able to change my order to yellow with his help. Because we take it to all the major rallies in the country and want the WOW factor the yellow has in person. The extra exposure for them will be a good thing as well with it on display at our corporate rig. The Yellow is real "live" and will really help in being seen and not blend in to the pavement.
