Polaris Slingshot Rollover

Bound to happen. What I don't understand is why whenever anyone is videoing something like this, at the crucial moment they start waving their camera all over the place, and you don't see all of what happens.:hun:

first let me say that the driver looked like he might of gotten really hurt on that one, but as far as turning the camera away people get excited and using hand held cameras or cell phones to take pictures, people look up to see what happened and and the camera moves. hope the driver is ok

I am gonna bet even nanny would let you roll a Spyder if you want to get stupid with it. You can't fix stupid.

You think they should continue to get the best footage possible rather than toss the camera to render help ASAP to the person involved in the accident?

They were testing the Slingshot with traction and stability control off. The end result was not good.

And for those concerned, the driver was not seriously injured.

Guess that is a good reason to not let it be turned off or do testing swerves at high speed. Pilot error :banghead:

the slingshot has good protection and I would say he is going to be sore and have a bad head ache. It was a slow roll but shows how not having a forth wheel on something that big will cause problems...:yikes: helmets are a must and they don't always where them here...:lecturef_smilie:

Saw it on facebook yesterday, and thought about posting it, but then thought the same thing, a little research is warranted first, glad the driver was not seriously injured!

I'm loving it! Especially "surfing the asphalt" on the super smooth AZ roads! I hated the Michigan potholes! I'm 30 minutes from Saquaro Lake and the drive is beautiful.
