• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hello, wondering if anyone has tried to install the spyder plug and play harness on there RS. I have the harness but no wiring diagram and I am not sure if is there a plug in for the harness on a RS or only on a RT? If there is a plug in for the RS where is it located?
Thanks, Dave

RS HARNESS

Easy answer ....No....the RS was not designed with towing in mind. However I have set mine up to do so and it was easy....I will PM you as not to bore anyone here.......Mike.....

The connectors/connection are not the same, and there is no circuit on the RS to power the trailer module. In addition, there is not a real good place to mount the integrated module to expose the connector in a place where the trailer can be connected without damage. You might be able to do it in saddlebags, if fitted, but one saddlebag would no longer be removable. Most RS owners just install a Hopkins module and tap into the RS wiring, running a pigtail out the bodywork.
