• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Good luck with your parts, the parts Kurt was suppose to have waiting at West Coast when we got back from Maggie still haven't gotten here and Kurt isn't answering his phone.
I just sent an email to Carlo so I should hear from him next week sometime!

Carlo is very good at responding quickly!! He's always been quick to provide my needed parts.
 
I'm doing my best to mellow with age but am a little disappointed right now! I was informed the parts to repair Black were not here due to back ordering at BRP and now am told that the BRP gentleman that told me to order them won't reply for authorization. West Coast Power Sports has used several different venues to obtain the authorization. I left a message on Carlo's voice mail yesterday asking for his assistance with this and no response there either. I just found out my parts have arrived at WCPS and Kurt is out of the office until the 18th. Unacceptable!!!!!!!
 
Wheeler, I agree and I also agree with one person's question reference Kurt having a cell phone or some means of communication in this type of situation. Might give your dealer a call and see if that avenue is available.

GREAT !!! This bodes well for my parts as well since we are waiting on Kurt too. I e-mailed Carlo on Wednesday and no reply there either. Why do they only have one person who seems to do everything, and they are never around??
Tell me, anyone who has dealt with Honda trikes.... do they continually drop the ball as far as customer service too?
