• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Pillion Passenger can't reach the hand grips - any ideas?

Thank you for the insights. In common with every bike I have owned, if I did not put it together myself I assume something was not done right and I check as much as I can. Mechanical stuff is OK but I can't change into an electron and hunt down any glitches. I have not found any loose fittings or missing fluids.
Many thanks for the contacts.

We have just ordered armrests and we hope to have them sometime next month. Meanwhile Kate has found a more comfortable seat.

Agree with others, passenger armrests is the answer, they are a game changer. My wife really loves them on our RT.

We have now fitted armrests, and the dragon lady loves them. We will have to take turns on the front seat. We have also added some decoration in the form of Compass Roses and a Royal Enfield Club sticker to confuse people. :ohyea:
