It is actually the Australian Flag- the Union Jack is in the top left corner of it.

We consider ourselves lucky that we did not have to change our flag recently. You guys (I say you guys but I was born in London) ticked off the Scotts and if they had left the Union Jack would look a little different without the blue bits (cross of St Andrew):roflblack:
