• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

A coupla weeks ago I installed a Yoshimura R77 pipe on my 2011 RS-S. Having ridden motorcycles for 50 years and installed and removed aftermarket pipes many times, I figgered it'd be a bit louder and that would be the end of it. Not so much.... there is more performance to be had with the change of pipe. Today I swapped the stock paper air filter for a K&N filter. and there is even more performance to be had with the change of filter. From mid-range through top revs, this is a new machine.

Now to get and install new Progressive suspenders, and I think I'll have the machine I've always wanted. :2excited:

Ooops..!!

sounds more like results than issues. I started stock, then went to a K&N filter, then the hindle pipe, then the JT's Machine Shop air cleaner with a K&N Then the Yoshi R77. Doing it step by step one sees the effect of each. Even the iridium plugs and hi tension wires made a difference. Suspension was another trip. Stock all settings added BajaRon's swaybar (later hiem joints) followed by Pittbull's shock relocators. If I could swing the shocks I would but my RS is tuned in real nice... looks like you are ready for some ryding...:ohyea::ohyea:
