peg adaptors?

I was interested in getting the kuryakin spider pegs and dont know which adaptors I need for the front and rear I have found 5 different adaptors for pegs and no description on which ones I need any help would be appreciated thanks.

The kery pegs are nice but I have them on girls spyder and for the money they don't hold up well rust and chrome is coming off I have evans pegs on mine and ride all new England winter and they have held up great

I've had Kury pegs on my Valks since day one - my old '98's still look new, as do the ones on my '01 and the ones I use as tour pegs for my Spyder. However, I clean them after every ride, and the use of salt on the roads here is illegal... probably why the only thing I drive East of the Rockies is a rental car.
