Pedal Box won't BT pair to phone - is that only for the + models?

Hi guys,

Hopefully just a quick question:

I managed to install the pedal box on my Spyder RTS 2016.

I then tried to connect the pedal box via Bluetooth to the app on my phone, but could not get the pedal box to go into Bluetooth pairing mode.

I saw then somewhere in a fine print that one needs the pedal box + to connect it to Bluetooth.

It doesn't say plus on my box.

Can somebody confirm that the one without the plus is not able to be used with the app?
