Passenger Foot Peg Extensions A

This mod has certainly been done before. I thank those that preceeded me for their posts. Mine is a little different. The passenger pegs are attached to a cast part. This casting has been broken by members of the forum. I felt that the extra leverage afforded by the extension might cause the cast attachment point to break. I ran my extensions both forward for the peg and back for a second attchment/reinforcement point. Below you will find 3 pictures of the Left side. I will do a second "B" post where I will post the pics for the right side. As with most of my custom mods I have to give credit to my good friend Phil :2thumbs: who is really the brains and brawn behind them ([email protected]) . Did you use regular square tubing or solid stock? I an going to get the stuff to try it on mine today. I have metal cutting saws and welders if I can just be patient in the fabrication process I believe I can pull it off. Thanks for the great idea.

Can you show any pics for the brake pedal & shift, you must have moved it forward & lower. Also can I order a set?

Peg Extenders

I recently purchased and installed these.
Phil shipped them out same day, and I had them 2 days later (by ground from Florida to Texas). Great purchasing experience.

Installation was a breeze. Very clear instructions and the kit included all the needed parts. I was shocked that he even included a small baggie of White Lithium Grease.

Haven't gone for any extended rides yet, but my passenger says it is much more comfortable and she enjoys stretching her legs out a bit more.

Highly recommended for anyone who rides 2-up!

Can you post pics of the exhaust side? Curious to see how close these move the passenger's heel to the pipe. Is this the guy that also has the heat shield for that side?

I bought these for my wife. I do not have pics right now, but my wife says her foot on the exhaust side is much cooler with these. Although her foot is closer, I guess being much further forward keeps the heat away.

Peg Extensions

These are a great addition, my wife is very happy to be able to stretch her legs. Nice design looks orginal!
