• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

On level ground with parking brake engaged I cannot get the bike to move by pushing on the back but today I parked on a steep incline with parking brake engaged I could push the bike ahead anyone else had this problem what was it and how was it resolved 2014 RTS Thanks

Rudy, check your pads on the rear brake. If they are ok, use 2 12mm open end wrenches to release the jam nuts on the parking brake cable. Move the aft nut aft, then tighten the forward nut to adjust the cable. Test. If the parking brake motor is shot, you can see the arm on the caliper move, then loosen. Bad motor.
Check pads, adjust cable, watch for inoperable motor. Call if you need help. Joe

I know of three of us on this forum who have had parking brake motors replaced under warranty including me at about 9K miles.
