• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Parking brake won’t engage - what will make it engage again?

Hey all. So today, my parking brake decided not to engage. I’m 3 hours away from the nearest Spyder dealer who will work on my 2011 Spyder RT Limited. I’ve had a brake failure light that’s been on for months now too, but when I pulled the code, it’s a low pressure fault.
My question: how do I fix the parking brake to make it engage again?

Have you checked your brake fluid level to make sure it is at the full mark?

You might need to adjust/tighten the cable that operates the Park Brake up a bit, but given that you've had the Warning Light on for a while (as noted, possibly the Low Pressure switch?) and now this, could it all be a combination of the fact that your rear pads have worn down that far & your brake fluid level has dropped as a result?? :dontknow:
