• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I'm installing my back wheel after getting a new rear tire. I'm trying to reinstall the caliper but I'm unable to spread the brake pads apart enough to get the caliper over the brake rotor. I have the parking brake cable and the return spring unhooked. I manual moved the parking brake to the front and that made the pads that much closer. Bottom line is I'm unable to spread apart the brake pads in order to push the brake cyli

You need to take a pair of needle nose pliers and put them in the divots on the piston then turn it clockwise to spread the pads.

Push hard

The piston will screw in if you push hard and turn, like Ann said. Once the piston is flush with the caliper, it goes right over the rotor pretty easy. Push hard!
Call if you have trouble. We will be on bikes 10 hours tomorrow, but the phone works! Joe
