Palm Bay, Florida Help

Anyone live near Palm Bay, Florida that can help a nice lady put a Garmin Zumo 660 on the dash of her RT. I can get the parts but I think she needs help wiring up the 12v cord. The dealer tells her she must buy a $1500 worth of stuff to have a GPS on the tri axis bars so I don't know how much help they might be...

Titusville is closer to Palm Bay, if there is a problem it's possible it could be done by me in West Palm. What year and model?
