• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Painted Dash

I painted my dash to match the body color. I think it really sets it off. Big shout out to Purple Guy for the inspiration and the help in getting this done.

When I put my dash back on I left the gauges unplugged which in turn enabled the LED gauges on the main cluster...
IMO they are more accurate...

Cognac Paint

Was the paint order through the dealer?

Looks Great.

I may have to do it .

Thanks for posting pic.

MAYBE ....OR THIS WORKED

I don't know what the poster did, but when I did Deanna777 's Dash in Cognac ( See her albums for a PIC ) I bought some Burnt Copper VHT at the Auto Parts store $ 8.49..........Because the paint is translucent I would advise painting the plastic dash with a lighter color plastic PRIMER paint even RED ..........Use a lot of thin coats this paint runs very easy.............Mike

NOT TO HARD

How hard was it to pull off the dash, i might want to do that to mine

The four bolts you see are what does it.........the gauges are what makes removing tedious ( they also need to be dis-connected ,& there is not much slack in the wires )........The really hard part is getting it back in without scratching the PAINT. Make sure the PAINT is absolutely dry ( 2 days minimum ) or your fingerprints will be visible ..........Good Luck .....Mike
