I know the feeling. I have had a bad back for years and when it hurts it's hard to think of anything else. There is a chiropractor not very far from you. I think you're in one of the battlefield hotels. Here is a map to Active Life Chiropractic. Hope they can help you. I will be there on Wednesday (not a chiropractor though). Can't wait!!

My thoughts are with you there is nothing worse than a sore neck . I know as I had. C5,C6 disc out and fused.
