Out of Hibernaton 2014RTS-SE6 4/5/2017

Good Morning, I can't wait to get my :spyder2: out but we've had a lot of rain lately and since I had my shoulder replaced about 6 weeks ago it will be a while but I go back to the Dr on the 24th. Can't wait. Mike

Yes, my riding season has started. WOHOO!

I went out for 2hrs on Monday. It was only 44F but I was well wrapped up.

Thanks, the mileage goal is a personal goal for me, I know that it is the smiles, and miles that count.

Good Afternoon, It is great to be my spyder again after it has been in hibernation. We are also getting rain (today & thru Sat.) I hope your Dr. gives you the ok to ride your :spyder2:. Deanna

:yes:it is great to get out riding again( since the spyder was in hibernation).

I went and picked up my spyder from hibernation, it was 40 degrees, and I was also dressed for it. Deanna

UPDATE: I got my first ride in today. Not fun making it out of the slushy driveway, but I did it without getting stuck.

AND: the new hip works fine. No issues getting on, off, or with riding position. It's like there was never an issue. Can I say WAHOO! :yes::yes:

That is great news, that your were able to get out of your slushy driveway, for a ride.

Also, nice to hear that your new hip works. No problems with that.

Thanks Bruce. I am getting rain until Sat. It is washing off the salt, brine that is on the roads.


I hope you do get your spyder out of hibernation in a week or 2. Deanna

Ours started in february, first time ever for this 48 year old. By the end of this weekend I should have over 600 miles on this "season"!!

I use season ing on my food a lot when I BBQ.
But we just ryde 12 mos a year.
No &%$ season required after 62 years!

Bring that spyder and your snowsuit to minnesota in january, if you really want to make your 12 month riding season interesting!
