There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

:shocked: I'm in REAL trouble here...I lost ALL of them, and this new machine has NO software with which to tinker with a picture so that the size and shape will work properly! :gaah:
Does anybody have a suggestion for what I can stuff in this thing? :dontknow:

Bob, just Google, for example "Images for Star Trek The TV Series" or anything else you choose. Lots of choices will come up. You can hover your mouse over an image & it will tell you the size of the pic. An example:

I've got that part of the fun figured out; what I need to be able to do; is crop pictures, so that they'll fit better. :thumbup:
I can always use "MS Paint", for the resizing duties.

You could download gimp it is as powerful as photoshop but free.
