• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We have been planning our trip to Colorado for months (years actually, but it's a long story) - well before BRP announced the Durango location - and are planning on exploring some of the dirt roads. Because of that we'll be bringing this one with us:

It's got an 8.7 gallon tank and gets about 42 mpg, so hopefully we won't find ourselves stranded in the wildnerness. If we do, we can build one heckuva big bonfire! :D

 DONT SALE THE 9, you'll regret it!!!!

For the price of the RT, we could have 3 9's in the garage.[/QUOTE

I won't sell the 9. Too much fun with her! I'm going to stick with two wheels for now... I really want to trade my Vulcan Nomad for a Harley bagger.

bikes

sadly my back surgery caused me to unload my bikes:

track bike - Yamaha fzr600
race bike - Ducati 900 supersport
streetbike - Triumph Speed Triple

I am just happy I found the spyder to fill the void:yes:

Well crap for the Harley bagger they run about the same as the RT depending on the options. When I get back from Afghanistan I will be looking at the Victory Cross Country. I really like the Kawi Vaquero, but just to under powered.

I'll be looking for a used Harley or wait a little for the Vaquero to go down on price. My other option is to modify my Nomad since it already have hard bags and some extras such as a nice exhaust... I'm going to talk to a guy from my church who works for Roaring Toyz in Sarasota, maybe he can hook me up with some nice mods at a reasonable price.
Be safe out there brother! Thanks for your service!!!:firstplace:

hspyder: If you check out the Corbin accesories for the Kawi--the fairing will give you the front end look of the Vaquero--add the corbin bags--and you are pretty close.

I really like the looks of the Vaquero also--29 inch seat makes it a little high for me to touch bottom--so it looks like a no go for me. Dealer did not have one to test sit last year--but maybe he will order the blue one this year.
