• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I sent him my best wishes, and hope that his sentence will be far less than we all expect.

It seems as if this one should have been more preventable...
It's just my opinion; but it seems that he was a bit TOO fascinated with handguns... :banghead:
He never should have been granted a permit... :gaah:

I am not a big fan of Mr. P here. It kind of looks like the SA court system is not sympathetic to the man. The clips shown on last nights news did not make either the judge or the prosecutor look very friendly.

Have not been following the details, so don't have a good determination opinion.

I hope he gets the maximum. I saw the judge who was overseeing the case on tv this morning, and listened to her reasoning. Here problem is her curls are wrapped to tight and cut circulation to her brain.

To any in law enforcement. Haven't you seen someone convicted on overwhelming circumstantial evidence, when there was no witness to a crime?

I have been following the case somewhat, which is the reason for my comment about the judge.

I hate watching the news

Well, the judge already ruled that she didn't find the evidence proved beyond reason, for First Degree, and or Second Degree. So a full life sentence has already been ruled out.

Manslaughter? Could get him, as high as 15yrs behind bars. More than likely go away for 10 solid. Even that, is a life time for him. Considering the life styles he will leave behind. A lot changes in ten tears. He will be grey. Sad story, she was so pretty, so very pretty. Her family, are devastated either way.
